The Paxcon, the first convention for diplomatic corps, an informal summit were diplomats and envoys from all -registered- nations are gathered to chat about politic, get information from other countries or even to get acquainted.
 
Taking place in Ponyville for its first edition : the event brought together Haakim emissary from Saddle-Arabia, Terramar the nephew of queen Novo, the Kirins representative Autumn Blaze, Dragon Queen Ember, Changeling King’s brother Pharynx, Flash Sentry, General of the Crystal Empire and Ashti Sandburst, ambassador for Deerham kingdom with his family among others diplomats.  
All of them under the protection of Flash Magus (and Flash Sentry on some extent).
 
And to celebrate it, the organizers had the good idea to brew a exotic drink used in some cultures for peace talk. However, what they didn’t know is that, if incorrectly infused, the turns into a powerful aphrodisiac…  
Fortunately, the Paxcon takes place slightly outside of Ponyville, unfortunately, almost all guests tested this beverage.
 
But heh, at least they sure make love not war…  
And for Flash Magnus, well… he didn’t got a piece of Flash Sentry’s ass, but having a fellow pegasus kid interested to knights sure do the trick.
