Diamond Tiara made it to the toilet just in time before the floodgates opened. The slippery horseapples that had been pushed into her panties slid into the toilet as she pulled her undies down and let go. It was only then that her stomach decided it wanted her dinner to come back out as well. With diarrhea violently spilling out her backside and with nothing to throw up into she tried to hold it, but there was no way she was going to make it. A wet burp made her cheecks puff out with vomit and her hoof flew up in a vain attempt to keep it in. Trying to swallow it back down only sent more up and made it all spill out.
