Blame Sprite for the idea.
Sweetie’s bladder was just about ready to burst, but Cheerilee wouldn’t let them go to the bathroom in pairs during tests and somepony was already there. She could feel herself start to drip a little and a moist patch begin to grow on her panties. She fought to press her tail down on her butt, both to hide her growing shame from everypony behind her and also to fight the natural urge to swish it aside and let go. She was locked in place, knowing that any movement would lead to an accident. As the minutes dragged on, she could not hold it any longer. Her tail hiked up and a warm stream of pee gushed into her panties and began flowing down, pooling into a puddle between her legs.
