Been a while since I’ve released a Tamers track, huh? Tbf this track has been in the works for a decently long time lmao BUT it’s finally all done with such an awesome animatic drawn up by Mythical!! I really hope y’all enjoy another toxic yuri track with Starlight and le other Trixie-adjacent blue mare ‘cause it was such a joy to edit together ^^

I still taste your cigarettes bitter love I can’t forget
Lost the face just a silhouette
“On your strings, sweet marionette”
Take me down bleed me dry
Hurts to say but I’m yours tonight
Take this pain or take my life
She’ll never cut my strings
Made of secrets and lies I’m such a little thing
But she’ll whisper poison in my ear
Saying the words she knows I wanna hear
And it’s all my fault I’m worshipping
The knife in my back
She’s pulling on the strings
I know you’re still spiralling looking back I start to think
Maybe I’m not the only one
Behind a mask and on the run
Pull these strings and pull me close
Choke on love ‘til I overdose
All this pain no one knows
She’ll never cut my strings
Made of secrets and lies I’m such a little thing
But she’ll whisper poison in my ear
Saying the words she knows I wanna hear
And it’s all my fault I’m stuck in this
Hating the love I feel in every kiss
And it’s all my fault I’m worshipping
The knife in my back she’s pulling on the strings
They always say there’s plenty fish in the sea
But I can’t stomach the way they rest are staring at me
She’ll pull me in and make me feel like someone
But it’s so hard to believe her when she’s holding a gun
Please never cut my strings
Tell me sweet little lies I love the way it stings
When she pulls me under- watch me drown
Way that she smiles when I’m breaking down and it’s-
