Scootaloo is even more ready for fun now!
It took me a bit to find out how to make a filly wet. Cough In the drawing sense of course. But the artist:fearingfun had a nice picture which helped me out in figuring it out. It was some nice reference material and I will give you the link down below.
As a side note, I also made some minor improvements on this one compared to the previous one. For example with the tail, or the frontleg colors.
