I felt it appropriate to explain what https://fillypilled.xyz is trying to be for the greater pony fandom.

Fillypilled is a **pony-first** foalcon community website, built initially as a contingency for a foalcon community originally based out of D*scord. (Yes, I know, cringe)

We were founded 3 years ago, and have slowly grown since. Please note that we are not interested in other booru politics, persons, or other entities. Part of our pony-first policy is the refusal to any political acknowledgement. No matter what, we know we will be deemed "one of them" by one side or the other. If there is a filly, colt, age-regressed character, distinctly pony-related loli or shota, we will defend it's existence on our platform. We do not intend to entertain speech against any party, save for those whom wish to remove us from existence.

After many of the fallouts witnessed between things such as the PCL and "The List", Fillypilled was created as a giant fuck you to those who seek to shoot those down who want to enjoy foalcon in peace.

That being said, Fillypilled aims to achieve the following objectives:

- Archive both SFW and NSFW foal artwork, as well as **relevant** lolicon and shotacon content.
- Provide a platform to the foalcon community to create events and provide services. (Such as the booru) but also drawpile instances for foalcon artists, merchandise sales from events such as Salon 13, and a chat platform in which there is no worry for purging of foalcon content.

**Fillypilled does not adhere to DMCA nor DNP takedown requests**. We are based out of Romania and MoRuscowsia, these requests are irrelevant to us. We will, however, honor artist wishes when it comes to not profiling them to a current handle should they wish. The priority is to preserve, not harass.

As of the making of this post, this website is still being created. I have other projects that are higher priority and this was a side project. It was unforunately leaked, which is fine, but there should be low expectations until services are declared functional.

The end goal for full functionality is not until Mare Fair 5, in which we plan to publicly reveal Fillypilled's booru. Currently all other services are private to the community that already exists, but we also plan to open applications to our matrix as well. This is because only **proven** foalcon community contributors are welcomed. This can be through long-standing community engagement, art, writing, or other factors.

Also, I feel the need to emphasize, **Fillypilled does not endorse, support, or intend to solicit any content deemed illegal by the majority of countries.** We intend to enforce Romanian and Russian law to our best ability.
